Our form takes about six minutes. Once every director's identity is verified, we file with Companies House the same working day (before 3pm). Most companies are then registered within 2–3 working days — occasionally the same day, and it can take longer at busy times or around bank holidays.

We fix it together and resubmit free. Rejections are usually small — a name conflict or address detail — and our pre-checks catch most before submission.

It’s a legal requirement for all directors and people with significant control under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act. Ours takes about three minutes with a passport or driving licence.
