Yes. Companies House requires an “appropriate address” where documents can be delivered and acknowledged — a staffed business centre like ours qualifies. PO Boxes alone do not.
Yes, and you’ll need to. The law requires your registered office address on your invoices, website and order forms, so ours goes there instead of your home. Bank letters can come here too. It isn’t a trading premises or a principal place of business for VAT registration.
